94/100 RVF. 95/100 Castaing/Parker. A magnificent cuvée, certainly sweet and round as one expects from a chenin moelleux, but remains very digestible, with a rare liveliness. In our opinion, much more interesting than a Sauternes. A delight paired with foie gras, blue-veined cheeses, desserts in general, and chocolate in particular, and of course, as an...

94/100 RVF. A new cuvée that is extremely rare, without appellation, made from siderolithic clays. "A Bomb of cabernet franc!" according to Matthieu Cosse... who is still astonished by the fiery reactions of the tasters - including yours truly - when they taste this new cuvée for the first time. A velvety revelation!

95-98/100 Czerwinski/Parker. The return of a cuvée from a single vineyard once crafted by Albert Dervieux, the father-in-law of René and the grandfather of Pierre Rostaing. Pierre Rostaing has done significant work in the vineyards in recent years, and the result is impressive, as always in the Rostaing family.

96/100 RVF. An orange UFO for connoisseurs, straight out of the imagination of Jean-Marc Grussaute, who produced 700 bottles of this maceration wine that still contains 20 grams of sugar, for an absolutely unique balance. Exceptional and extremely rare, this wine is unlike any other. The winemaker claims that 2021 is an exceptional vintage.

91/100 RVF. Le Clos Marole is one of the most illustrious Premiers Crus at Joblot. It should be kept for a few years in the cellar if possible, otherwise, decant a few hours before tasting.

A great Pouilly Fumé, very mineral. Aside from the anecdotal aspect (parcel planted manually, with a crowbar), the soil of such hardness (flint) is rarely used for vines (ask the winemaker about the state of his back after planting!). It proves to be exceptional, as anticipated - and heavily inspired by the domaine Dagueneau, not so far away - after all...

A new cuvée from our rising young winemaker in Limoux, 100% chenin. Even in the South, this grape variety will delight you with its freshness, acidity, and length, thanks to the care taken to maintain the liveliness that is openly sought (absence of malolactic fermentation, for example). Be careful, the 2022s are still extremely lively in 2023 and need to...

It will age advantageously for a few years, but it is not a crime to taste it as soon as it is released from the cellars of domaine (where it has already mellowed for some time since bottling), in the autumn of 2025. There are tannins, of course, but already all in softness, a delight.

The cuvée "premium" of Jean Boxler's simple riesling. Already a great wine from Alsace.

At the end of March 2024: the 2014 vintage has arrived! The cuvée has been called "Belle Léone" since 2011 instead of "Syrah Léone," under the Vin de France designation and not "Coteaux du Languedoc." Indeed, the winemaker did not like the new "Languedoc" appellation, which replaced "Coteaux du Languedoc" in 2011, so by choosing "Vin de France," she can...

The "high-end" parcel selection from the domaine. A beautiful demonstration of strength from Isabelle and Vincent Goumard, in an excellent vintage, against all odds (read below the comments from winemakers who are usually very discreet about the quality of their wines).
