Grape variety: 100% chardonnay

Aging: 12 months in oak barrels (25% new barrels), then 6 months in tank for final harmonization.

The Fussière Blanc 1er Cru offers a golden color with shimmering reflections. Its structural profile is marked by a clear minerality and a saline tendency. On the palate, it stands out with a subtle length featuring notes of nuts and a beautiful touch of acidity. The aging includes 300L barrels (25% new barrels) for 12 months followed by racking before transferring to 18-hectoliter foudres for 6 months.

Food and wine pairings: Ideal with grilled fish, seafood, or creamy poultry.
