Technical sheet written by the domaine:

The vines: niellucciu, sciaccarellu, cargaghjolu neru, and syrah grape varieties. Green harvesting followed by manual harvesting with a sorting table. Yield: 40 Hl/Ha.

The terroir: Clay-granite, exposed to the south and northwest. Warm and windy climate, large temperature variation between day and night.

In biodynamics since 2006, BIO certification since 2002 (ECOCERT)

Vinification: Destemmed harvest. Pressing: Crushed grapes, fermentation with a native yeast strain.

Aging: 16 months in large casks and barrels. No bâtonnage, fining, or filtration.
