In its youth, this cuvée with good aging potential and well-present tannins deserves decanting, but its wood/syrah dominance gives it a lovely bouquet right from bottling, evolving into a velvety texture in the following years. A sure bet from Ventoux. Best to forget it in the cellar if possible.
