Grape variety : 100% Chenin

Age of the vines : 20-30 years

Terroir : Sandy-limestone

Yield : 40 Hl/Ha

Vinification : Aged for 12 months in 2nd and 3rd use barrels.

Cellaring : 10-15 years

Tasting : Floral on the nose, followed by a fresh, ample palate with a persistent lemony finish, a signature of the great wines of Brézé.

Food pairing : Scallop tartare with lemon, shrimp fritters with carrot butter, goat cheese.

Serving : 12-14°C, decant for 1 hour
