A 100% vermentinu (known as rolle in Provence), from a parcel selection that highlights this terroir of typically Corsican granite sands. Romain Salasca, winemaker and beekeeper, perfectly manages to preserve the freshness of the vermentinu while emphasizing the structure, like any respectable Corsican wine :-)

Rare bottle. The Soulas brothers learned everything from Laurent Vaillé of Grange des Pères, and they now honor his memory by implementing his teachings. We did not have the opportunity to taste one of these too rare bottles from the 2023 vintage, but the echoes from trustworthy individuals have convinced us to offer them to you "blind".

A 2-hectare plot of clay and small flint vinified separately, for a spirited wine from its youth, unique, as always with Dagueneau. Having fallen out with his former appellation Pouilly-Fumé, the winemaker has labeled this cuvée as "Vin de France" since the 2017 vintage. It doesn't change anything about the wine!

With its Hermitage (only one small barrel produced each year), Circé is the other great cuvée of Christelle Betton in 100% Marsanne white. It consists of 14 rows of vines planted at the bottom of the Hermitage hill, right next to the 14 rows of Hermitage from the winemaker, but those rows only have the AOP Crozes-Hermitage... Made in exactly the same way,...

Even though he vinifies other appellations, Saint-Joseph is the "trademark" of Aurélien Chatagnier. This cuvée has become the "quality/price signature" of this domaine on the rise. A must-try if you are not already a regular! Selected by "Le Monde" in February 2026 as one of the best Saint-Josephs in the Valley!

A pure Sancerre straddling flint and limestone... thus exhibiting exemplary finesse, and remarkable liveliness... with impressive complexity at this price!

Jacquesson classed 3rd best Champagne house (behind Krug and Roederer, but especially AHEAD OF ALL OTHERS!) by RVF (n°686) in 2024. This "739" is primarily from the 2011 vintage, aged on lees for a long time (96 months or 8 years) before being released from the domaine. An exceptional complexity and a great wine before being a champagne.

Sylvain Pataille gives nobility to the "poor cousin" grape of Burgundy. Here is his "great" aligoté, already superb but deserving of a few years of patience that will reveal its beautiful potential. A must-try to see what the aligoté grape can REALLY produce when mastered to perfection by a meticulous winemaker who is also an exceptional technician.

The other domaine mythical of the Dagueneau family does not only produce a sweet white from the Jurançon region. The cuvée of dry white, vibrant and spicy as desired, has no equal in the region... nor anywhere else for that matter! This 2018 vintage breaks away from the Jurançon appellation and is labeled as Vin de France.
