Grape variety : 100% Pinot Noir

Region : Côte de Beaune, plots located in the municipality of Pommard, south of the village, towards Meursault.

Geology : clay-limestone soil, red with a lot of iron.

Vinification : Manual harvest, 100% whole bunch. 12 months in barrel, 4 months in stainless steel tank. No fining or filtration.
30% new barrels.

Tasting notes : Ruby color, notes of raspberry. Nose of fresh red fruits, silky and fresh palate: mentholated, wilted petals.

Food pairing : Grilled red meat, game birds, characterful cheeses like Époisses.
