Our dry and fruity Sancerre rosé surprises with its finesse and quality. The palate balances the softness and refreshing liveliness of Pinot noir.

Grape Variety
Pinot noir: 100%

Terroir
These soils are composed of clay-limestone.

Vinification
Gentle pressing of the grapes followed by settling of the juice. The alcoholic fermentation begins naturally under temperature control.
The wine is aged on fine lees for 9 to 12 months.

Service
8-10°, best enjoyed young up to 3 years.
