This Chablis Premier Cru Les Fourneaux is located on the right bank of the Chablis vineyard. The Climat "Les Fourneaux" is exposed "south, southeast" on a very sunny slope. It is a terroir that always expresses great maturity.

Vines: The vines are aged between 35 and 50 years, grafted onto rootstocks 41B and 161-49C. These vines are cultivated organically to respect the terroir, typicity, and environment.

In a normal year, the yield is 50 hectoliters per hectare, approximately 5000 bottles.

Vinification: Cold settling - Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks - Malolactic fermentation.

Grape variety: 100% chardonnay
