Attention:
The wines signed by Philippe Alliet all deserve a decanting a few hours before tasting, as the low level of sulfur intentionally used during vinification can sometimes lead to a reduction phenomenon upon opening the bottle (unpleasant aromas of cabbage, rotten egg), which of course disappears with aeration.
