Attention:

The wines signed by Philippe Alliet all deserve a decanting a few hours before tasting, as the low level of sulfur used during vinification sometimes promotes the phenomenon of reduction upon opening the bottle (a fleeting unpleasant nose of cabbage, rotten egg), which of course disappears with aeration.

RVF Guide to the Best Wines of France 2026 (August 2025): 90/100. The reds are perfectly crafted. Like the 2023: still young, it nevertheless offers a finesse of texture that will make it very appealing.

We find all the care, tact, and precision of the winemaker right from the 2023: a cabernet franc with violet reflections, a floral bouquet, with a structure established between tactile finesse and acidity. To be opened from 2025-2026.
