Stéphane Ogier continues, despite his now immense international fame, to vinify his two "small" wines: "Le Temps est venu" (made from grenache) and this famous "Syrah d'Ogier". "Sous l'Amandier" is a confidential Saint-Joseph produced each year in very small quantities. The blend of Roussanne and Marsanne results in very expressive wines focused on fruit. The oak barrel aging gives it roundness and complexity. In our opinion, it is one of the best white Saint-Josephs for immediate enjoyment.
