3600 bottles produced, to be enjoyed within 1-2 years.
Wine from half a hectare of approximately 10-year-old vines, located in the commune of Limony, in a valley on a silty soil (white earth).
Vines: 100% viognier
Harvest: manual
Winemaking: Cold pressing, cold settling, natural alcoholic fermentation with only indigenous yeasts, at low temperature. Oak barrel aging (not new), using the strict minimum of SO2. Aged in barrels of 5 to 6 wines for 6 to 8 months.
