A unique grape variety, the romorantin, vinified by a unique winemaker, for us the best of its Cour-Cheverny appellation. A tiny appellation that deserves to be discovered, if only for the quality of its single grape variety which, when well vinified, impresses with its complexity and its ability to age.

When we talk about Pinot Noir of Burgundy, it's not just the big names Nuits Saint Georges, Volnay, Pommard, Chambolle musigny, Gevrey Chambertin, etc. Discover less known terroirs, with the assurance of quality thanks to the signature of the best winemakers.

A Bordeaux that breaks the mold with its "Burgundian" bottle! No added sulfites allow the fruit of the merlot to shine like never before. Initially a cuvée "personal" for the family, the "internal" success was such that this very special cuvée is now offered to the fans of the château.

A blend of Protected Designations of Origin from the Loire Valley, vinified by some of the best local winemakers. Six white wines carefully selected for your immediate enjoyment. They come from three complementary grape varieties of the region, renowned for their aging potential but that you won't need to wait for: these are cuvées that are very...

A very fine Ventoux, organic, full of fruit, in a very successful 2023 vintage, and at a reasonable price. The altitude plays a significant role! The winemaker describes it best: "Fresh, elegant, and fruity nose, with subtle floral notes. On the palate, it is indulgent with a beautiful structure and length."

March 2024: the 2014 vintage has emerged from the cellars of the domaine after 10 years of aging. Since 2011, the winemaker has not liked the new appellation "Languedoc" (plain), which replaced "Coteaux du Languedoc," so she chose "Vin de France." No worries, neither the winemaker nor the vines, nor the wine have changed; it’s still just as good!

1 single carton per order. Any order exceeding this will be canceled and refunded. The greatest wine signed by Jean-Philippe Blot (and one of the greatest Vouvray?), formerly Vouvray AOP, now "Vin de France" for absurd administrative reasons that have nothing to do with the quality of the wine... but perhaps with the strong personality of the late winemaker?

Favorite and 94/100 RVF. It will age advantageously for a few years, but it is not a crime to taste it right after its release from the domaine (where it has already mellowed for some time since bottling), in the autumn of 2024. There are tannins, of course, but already all in softness, a delight.

94/100 RVF and B+D. The great red wine for aging from the Palette appellation.

Great dry white from the domaine, sourced from a plot of old vines planted at altitude for unparalleled freshness, perfectly aged in oak barrels and tanks for 1 year, which we believe surpasses many Châteauneuf du Pape!

Screw cap to keep it fresh. This cuvée, the entry-level offering from the domaine, is rare and already limited in availability. Indeed, despite the youth of the domaine, restaurants and wine bars are snatching it up, and it's easy to see why: an excellent riesling already perfect for enjoying young and at this price... The winemakers have chosen a screw...
