Grape Variety: 100% pinot noir

Vines and Soils: 45-year-old parcel located on the top of the slope on very well-draining light soils, which gives airy reds with a very seductive side.

Vinification: Hand-harvested in 12 kg crates, vibrating sorting table, conveyor sorting table, gravity-fed into tanks, with a proportion of 30% whole-cluster fermentation, the rest is destemmed. Vinification without sulfur to preserve the aromatic potential of the wine. A few mg at bottling.

Aging: 12 months of aging in barrels with 20% new wood, 6 months in tank before bottling.
