Grape variety: 100% chenin

Sparkling wine produced using the traditional method, with however low yields. The raw material for this cuvée is therefore no different from that of still wines, except for the difference in the richness of the musts.
• Fermentation in barrels
• Low pressure for a light and unobtrusive mousse.
• The addition of liqueur d'expédition is very limited to avoid altering the base wine beyond reasonable limits.
