The quality-price ratio becomes indecent, but don't expect a "little" light Côtes du Rhône... This is truly a superb southern Rhône, which can be kept for 5 to 10 years in large format.

The time has come... for an adventure further south. There, these old Grenaches, this limestone hill, this mistral, this Mediterranean climate, everything contrasts with my lands of origin. Only the Rhône, the unconditional link of our differences, and my passion remain intact. The time has come... to share my new story with you.

Vineyard area: 7 Ha.

Grape variety: 60% Grenache, 40% Syrah and Mourvèdre.

Vine age: 30 to 50 years.

Planting density: 7,000 vines/ha.

Terroir: Limestone pebbles on blue clay.

Location: Violès (between Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Gigondas).

Harvest: Manual. Sorting in the vineyard and sorting table at the entrance of the winery.

Vinification: Whole-cluster fermentation in temperature-controlled concrete tanks. Indigenous yeasts.

Aging: 10 months in concrete tank.

Cellaring potential: 5 / 8 years.
