Located in Visan, these white vines are found on the same terroir as our syrahs used for the blend of Le Temps est Venu red. A vibrant and enticing wine.
Grape variety : 60% Grenache Blanc, 20% Roussanne, as well as Bourboulenc, Marsanne, Clairette, and Viognier for about 5% each
Vine age: 20 years
Terroir : White clay - sandy. South-West exposure. 320 meters altitude
Location : Violès (between Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Gigondas).
Production: 7500 bottles
Harvest: Manual
Vinification: Whole-cluster harvest in temperature-controlled concrete tanks. Indigenous yeasts
Aging: 6 months in concrete tanks
Cellaring: 2-3 years
