An IGP from the Collines Rhodaniennes worthy of a Condrieu, made with the same grape variety, viognier.
Grape Variety: 100% Viognier.
Terroir: granitic
Vinification: De-stemming/pressing or direct pressing. Fermentation for 1/3 in stainless steel tank, and 2/3 in 225-liter barrels, with temperature control system barrel by barrel.
Aging: 10 months on fine lees with bâtonnage. 15% new wood.
Aging Potential: 3/5 years.
