Beautiful golden color, pale gold, with a lovely brilliance. Complex nose of dried fruits, with brioche notes, and white flowers. The palate is dense and complex, with a beautiful minerality. Best enjoyed within 3 to 5 years.

Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay

Date of vine planting: 2009

Density of vines / ha: 10,000

Exposure: Southeast, on slopes with a 10% incline.

Soil type: Clay-limestone, with the presence of white marls.

Vine management: Mechanical soil work to avoid the use of herbicides, emphasizing the natural balance of the plant within each plot. Organic phytosanitary management, controlled by Bureau Véritas.

Yields (hl/ha): 40 hl/ha

Harvest method: Manual

Vinification and aging: Whole-cluster harvest, pressing without SO2, light settling, transferred to Burgundy barrels for 12 months of aging (20% new), with light bâtonnage.
