Beautiful clear light red color. Nose of very pure red fruits, with a subtle rustic touch in the background. On the palate, a harmonious, crunchy attack, a fleshy evolution with fruit present until the finish. A pleasure wine to enjoy today and within 5 years.

Grape variety: 100% pinot noir

Average age of the vines: 47 years

Density of vines / ha: 10,000

Exposure: Full South.

Soil type: Limestone-sandy.

Vine management: Mechanical soil work to avoid the use of herbicides, emphasizing the natural balance of the plant within each plot. Organic phytosanitary management, controlled by Bureau Véritas.

Harvesting method: Manual

Vinification and aging: Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 3 days, then fermentation for 15 days. Aging for 11 months in stainless steel tank. Bottling after a light filtration.
