Beautiful clear, bright color with great depth. The nose is dominated by black fruit. The palate is massive, saline, full of fruit, with a beautiful ample finish and silky tannins. To be enjoyed now and within the next 5 years..

Grape variety: 100% pinot noir

Average age of the vines: 42 years

Density of vines / ha: 10,000

Exposure: Full South.

Soil type: Sandy limestone.

Vineyard management: Mechanical soil work to avoid the use of herbicides, emphasizing the natural balance of the plant within each plot. Organic phytosanitary management, controlled by Bureau Véritas.

Harvest method: Manual

Vinification and aging: Whole cluster harvest before a 4-day pre-fermentation maceration, followed by a 15-day fermentation. Aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks and then 3 months in barrels. Bottled without fining or filtration.
