Grape variety: 100% pinot noir

Average age of the vines: 66 years

Exposure: South-east, on slopes with a 6% incline.

Soil type: Bathonian clay-limestone on gravel.

Vine management: Mechanical soil work to avoid the use of herbicides, focusing on the natural balance of the plant within each plot. Organic phytosanitary management, controlled by Bureau Véritas.

Harvest method: Manual

Vinification and aging: Sorted harvest, fully destemmed. Cold maceration for 5 days followed by fermentation for 13 days. Aging in barrels (25% new), for 8 months, then bottling without fining or filtration.
