Technical Sheet written by the domaine :

Clear and bright color. The nose is still discreet but complex. The palate is already full, complex with a rich and saline finish. Best enjoyed within the next 3 to 5 years.

Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay

Average age of the vines: 15 years

Density of vines / ha: 10,000

Exposure: Southeast, on slopes with a 10% incline.

Soil type: Clay-limestone, with the presence of white marls.

Vine management: Mechanical soil work to avoid the use of herbicides, emphasizing the natural balance of the plant within each plot. Organic phytosanitary management, controlled by Bureau Véritas.

Yields (hl/ha): 40 hl/ha

Harvesting method: Manual

Vinification and aging: Whole-cluster harvest, pressing without SO2, cold settling, racked for fermentation. Aging in barrels (20% new) for 9 months. Fining, then light filtration before bottling
