Beautiful clear, bright, and intense color. The nose is still discreet with small red fruits. The palate is indulgent with freshness and a crunchy finish. To be enjoyed today and within the next 10 years.

Grape Variety: 100% pinot noir

Soil type: Limestone-clay with clay presence.

Vineyard management: Mechanical soil work to avoid the use of herbicides, emphasizing the natural balance of the plant within each plot. Organic phytosanitary management, controlled by Bureau Véritas.

Harvest method: Manual

Vinification and aging: Whole grape harvest before a 3-day cold pre-fermentation maceration, followed by a 15-day fermentation. Aging for 11 months in stainless steel tank, and bottling after a light filtration.
