Focused on fruit and spices, with a fine structure, this wine boasts great drinkability even in its youth. Technically crafted to perfection by our young couple of winemaker-oenologists, this cuvée has wisely stepped away from the Corbières appellation for even more lightness. We loved it.

Young winemakers had to present a "cuvée prestige" to showcase their qualitative ambitions. This is achieved with this "Réserve," which isolates their best juices from their oldest vignes (very few clusters, but ultra-concentrated berries!) in a long-aging, rich cuvée that time will soften.
