For our cuvée Réserve, we select the best grapes from our oldest vines after many hours of manual work and observation. Concentrated and powerful, this wine retains a lot of freshness and suggests great aging potential.

Geology: Triassic soils, clay-limestone with great mineral diversity. Bipyramidal quartz, dolomites, travertines, spilites, gypsum.

Parcel: Selection of old vines aged 75 to 116 years, semi-arid slopes facing East, Southeast.

Grapes: 80% Carignan, 20% Grenache Noir.

Vinification:   
Whole berries, processed by a grape conveyor.
Foot crushing Cold pre-fermentation maceration.
Fermentation with indigenous yeasts.
Vinification in concrete tank.
Extraction by pumping over.
Long maceration.

Aging:
12 months on fine lees in 228 L barrels from Chassin, Tremeaux, Val de Loire, Claude Gilet cooperages, 20% new wood.

Bottling: 5000 November 2025
