As its name suggests, we deliver through this cuvée a friendly and open wine for the pleasure of tasting. Focused on fruit and spices, with a fine structure, this wine boasts great drinkability even in its youth.

Geology: Clay-limestone

Parcel: 
- Old Grenache Noir vines of 30 years planted on clay-limestone soils
- Young Cinsault vines planted on white clays in the Corbières Maritimes (municipality of Sigean)
- Old Mourvèdre vines planted on white clays (municipality of Sigean)
- Old Piquepoul Noir vines planted on white clays in the Corbières Maritimes (municipality of Sigean) 

Grapes: 
Cinsault 50% 
Grenache Noir 25% 
Piquepoul Noir 15%
Mourvèdre 10%

Vinification: The 4 grape varieties are fermented separately following a maceration of 50% whole clusters and 50% destemmed fruit.
The maceration lasts 7 days followed by pressing. 

Aging: In concrete tank on fine lees
