The cuvée from the vineyard of Blondins, co-owned with the Troisgros family. It does not claim to be the best of the domaine, however, it proudly features on the menu of the family restaurant in Roanne, the local gastronomic institution rated 3* Michelin! Best enjoyed young at around 17 °C.

The other domaine of the Dagueneau family produces more than just a sweet white from Jurançon. The cuvée of dry white, vibrant and wonderfully spicy, is unmatched in the region... or anywhere else for that matter! Since the 2018 vintage, this cuvée has stepped away from the Jurançon appellation and is labeled as Vin de France.
