The "little cuvée fruity" from a BIO domaine that is rising in a nearly unknown appellation... high-altitude "haute couture" gamays that the Troigros brothers, triple Michelin-starred, discovered before us ;-) Ah! This juicy fruit and slightly peppery finish!

Very beautiful presentation, but that's not all! This "brut Alpin" (natural, therefore without sulfur, and non-dosed) is above all a very good blend wine (jacquère and chardonnay) before being just a simple dry sparkling white. Yes, yes, it is indeed a Chardonnay from Alsace :-) An ultra confidential cuvée! A 100% Chardonnay from the famous Clos Windsbuhl in Hunawihr, a late-ripening limestone terroir at altitude where Chardonnay thrives beautifully. An alien from Alsace signed by Olivier Humbrecht!
