Elaboration :
Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, no malolactic fermentation to maintain great freshness, followed by traditional Champagne vinification. The cuvée Blanc de Blancs benefits from a minimum aging on lees of 36 months to perfect its maturity.
 
Tasting :
Pale yellow color, luminous, with fine bubbles, the chardonnay reveals itself on the nose, with subtle aromas of apple, pear, lemon, and white flowers.
Pure, straight, and invigorating attack, the palate then unveils great freshness, with citrus notes also present on the nose.
This cuvée, endowed with great freshness, is delightful as an aperitif and will also be an ideal companion with white fish.
