Production:
Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, no malolactic fermentation to preserve freshness, followed by traditional Champagne vinification. The Blanc de Blancs cuvée is aged on lees for a minimum of 36 months to perfect its maturity.
 
Tasting notes:
Pale yellow in colour, luminous, with fine bubbles, the Chardonnay reveals itself on the nose with subtle aromas of apple, pear, lemon and white flowers.
Pure, straightforward and invigorating on the palate, it then reveals great freshness, with the citrus notes found on the nose also coming through.
This cuvée, with its great freshness, is wonderful as an aperitif and is also an ideal accompaniment to white fish.
