Grape variety: Jacquère 60%, Chardonnay 40%.

Vineyard: sloping, rows oriented East/West. Terroir des Abymes.

Vinification: Grapes harvested in perforated boxes. Gentle pressing and juice selection. Long cold fermentation. Aging of base wines for 6 months in tanks and barrels. Minimum 18 months of secondary fermentation.

Brut Nature Zero dosage.

Production area: first southeast slope of the municipality of Les Marches. Clay-limestone soil resulting from the landslide of Mont Granier in 1248. Slopes composed of fine debris and marls in certain areas. Numerous fossils of crustaceans make up this terroir. Very sunny slope due to southeast exposure. In summer, the sun is present from dawn until the end of the day.
