90/100 RVF. 92/100 Castaing/Parker. The ancestor of "pet-nat" (for pétillant naturel) so popular today, as a "natural" alternative to sometimes heavily sulfited champagnes. An example of the best in this "no additives" category, thanks to the late Jacky Blot and his decades of experience, fortunately passed on to his children to refine the quality!

The "little cuvée fruity" from a BIO domaine that is rising in a nearly unknown appellation... high-altitude "haute couture" gamays that the Troigros brothers, triple Michelin-starred, discovered before us ;-) Ah! This juicy fruit and slightly peppery finish!

A cuvée of pleasure and sharing signed by Milan, a great name in southern (and organic) viticulture and for us a potential successor to the domaine Hauvette at much lower prices. Léon was born in the Alpilles, a new eldorado for fine southern wines. A "house" blend mainly from the 2025 vintage, but not exclusively. The winemaker is very meticulous!
