Description: Thanks to the coolness of the mountain and the altitude of the vineyard, this juicy syrah offers notes of violets and graphite reminiscent of northern syrahs. The Chaudière brothers offer you here a wine for thirst and friends, for conviviality and immediate pleasure!

Terroir:
Soils: limestone.
Altitude: between approximately 300 and 400 meters
Average age of vines: 30 years
Vineyard worked in biodynamics

Grape Varieties: 100% Syrah

Vinification and aging: Vinification in concrete vats. Very gentle extraction by light wetting on the cap. Aged for one year in concrete vat (no wood).

Tasting:
Color: light and clear with garnet and violet reflections
Nose: very expressive and floral with aromas of violets and fresh red fruits.
Palate: fresh, light, and juicy with bright fruit, aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant, and violet with peppery notes (red and white peppers).
