It is this dry white Corbières that introduces us to the domaine and especially the talent and skill of the young winemakers who manage it brilliantly. Crafted like the finest wines, following the rules of the trade, aged in barrels but not excessively... And organic to boot! Simply superb, and at €20 it's a steal.

"Sous l'Amandier" is a confidential Saint-Joseph produced each year in very small quantities. The blend of Roussanne and Marsanne results in very expressive wines focused on fruit. The oak barrel aging gives it roundness and complexity. In our opinion, it is one of the best white Saint-Josephs for immediate enjoyment.

A good intermediary between the more accessible syrahs from Ardèche (cuvée Vieilles Vignes) with its very particular history, and the great Saint-Joseph wines that have established Christophe Curtat's reputation among the best wine merchants. This 2024 vintage impressed us greatly during our tasting at the end of October 2025; it is already perfect to...

The 100% Cinsault "intermediate" from Xavier Braujou, aged for 12 months in new barrels, impressive in complexity... yet always with finesse. Below: the Pradelou, above: the Hauts de Carol's!

Favorite and 94/100 RVF. The flagship Givry 1er Cru from François Lumpp, his cuvée major. A very fresh and refined pinot noir that can be enjoyed in its youth or aged for 5 years or more if desired.

Great Corsican wine with a very floral nose, which introduced us to the domaine and won over all the tasters, without any reservations, which is rare! This cuvée 100% Elegante (the Corsican name for grenache) comes from vines planted on the slopes of the Gulf of Propriano.

Cuvée mythical. The crystalline purity of flint clay, and the magic of Dagueneau on top of that. Upset with his appellation "Pouilly-Fumé", the winemaker has labeled this cuvée since the 2017 vintage as "Vin de France"... which changes nothing about the contents of the bottle and adds a very poetic back label to the evocative interline :-) 96/100 RVF.

A very beautiful discovery and a bet on the future of this young and talented winemaker who has just settled in. Bryan Deleu treats the viognier with modernity and elegance to make it airy. The 2024 vintage reveals a subtle yet very pleasant salty note on the finish, the epitome of mineral freshness.
