Robert Parker's Wine Advocate (Y. Castaing, mai 2026): 90/100.Crafted from marl and calcareous soils, the 2024 IGP Coquet reveals aromas of honeysuckle, ripe orchard fruits and a touch of exotic fruit. Medium- to full-bodied, supple and enveloping, it’s built around a fleshy core of fruit, with a softer line of acidity that leaves the finish comparatively gentle. DRINK 2026-2033

Vinification: Manual harvest in small 20 kg crates to respect the harvest as much as possible.
Whole harvest placed in the press after 12 hours in a cold room, to lower the harvest to 6°C to facilitate settling. Indigenous yeasts, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in barrels.

Aging: 12 months in demi-muids
