Grape(s): 100% Syrah

Terroir: Clay-limestone terraces with rolled pebbles from the Rhône, to the south of the Crozes-Hermitage appellation, in the village of Pont de l’Isère. Vines about fifteen years old.

Vinification / Aging: Fermentation in conical stainless steel tanks. Aging in tanks on fine lees for 8 months. Aging potential: Up to 6 years.

Tasting: A luscious and warm wine with notes of small red fruits (currants, blackcurrants, blackberries) typical of Syrah. A wine of pleasure.

Food Pairings: Charcuterie, brioche sausage, pâté en croûte, roast veal, tapas plate, Picodon.

Sommelier's Advice: Serving temperature at 16-17°C.
