Made from the oldest Grenaches of the Domaine, "Elegante" (the Corsican grenache) originates from a beautiful terroir consisting of granitic sands. Airy and floral, all the subtlety of this wine blends with delicate violet aromas to offer us an expression of finesse. With its elegance and depth, "Elegante" will delight enthusiasts and surprise Grenache regulars, to the great pleasure of all.

TERRIOR:  The hills of the Gulf of Propriano composed of granitic arenas.

GRAPE VARIETY:  100% grenache.

HARVEST: De-stemmed and sorted, cold pre-fermentation maceration between 12-16°C, light punching down followed by traditional vinification in large casks.

AGING: 12 months in ½ barrel.

COLOR: Cherry color.

TASTING: The purity of fruity aromas blends with juicy and velvety tannins. This straightforward and indulgent wine will be appreciated during chic lunches for discerning audiences.
