Vinification
Gentle pressing of the grapes followed by clarification of the obtained juice. Alcoholic fermentation begins naturally under temperature control. The wine is aged on fine lees for 9 to 12 months.

8-10°, aging potential between 2 and 5 years.

Our Quincy opens with an expressive nose of fresh citrus and white-fleshed fruits.
