Grape variety
100% Sauvignon blanc

Terroir
Our Menetou-Salon is harvested from one of the preferred soils of this appellation, the clay-limestone. This terroir imparts finesse and roundness to our Menetou-Salon.

Vinification
Upon arrival of the harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and the obtained juice is settled for about 36 hours. The alcoholic fermentation begins naturally under temperature control (15-18°C).

Location
Located on the outskirts of Bourges, the Menetou-Salon vineyard spans 560 hectares.

Aging
The wine is then aged for a few months on its fine lees until bottling takes place in the spring.

Serving
Serve between 8 and 10°C
Best enjoyed within 2-3 years.

Food pairing
Pairs perfectly with seafood as well as pies, gourmet salads, and cheese.

Tasting
With a pale gold color, our Menetou-Salon opens with a very intense nose featuring notes of citrus and exotic fruits. On the palate, the attack is broad with a beautiful freshness leading to a very aromatic finish (pineapple).
