From the oldest Grenache vines of the Domaine, "Elegante" (the Corsican Grenache) originates from a beautiful terroir comprising granite sands. Airy and floral, all the subtlety of this wine blends with these delicate violet aromas to offer us an expression of finesse. With its elegance and depth, "Elegante" will delight enthusiasts and surprise regular Grenache drinkers, to the delight of all.

TERROIR: The hillsides of the Gulf of Propriano composed of granite sands.

GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Grenache.

HARVEST: Destemmed and sorted, cold pre-fermentation maceration between 12-16°C, light punching down, then traditional vinification in vat.

AGING: 12 months in ½ muid.

COLOR: Cherry color.

TASTING: The purity of fruity aromas mingles with juicy and velvety tannins. This straightforward and delicious wine will be appreciated during chic lunches for informed audiences.
