TERROIR: The hillsides of Tizzano composed of clay-granitic arenas.

GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Sciaccarellu.

HARVEST: Destemmed and sorted. Gentle extraction, vinified without added sulfites, unfiltered.

AGING: 100% stainless steel tank.

COLOR: Ruby color with garnet reflections.

TASTING: Pure expression of our Sciaccarellu, the palate is gourmet and silky. It opens with intense aromas of red fruits and white pepper. The characteristic tension of Sciaccarellu balances the structure of this wine, oscillating between aromatic intensity and finesse.
