Myrtus blanc adopts a lovely lemony hue with beautiful golden reflections. On the nose, one can distinguish notes of white flowers and slight exotic fruits that blend perfectly together. The full range of these aromas will be found on a beautiful length in the mouth. Over time, Myrtus blanc will evolve into more petrol-like notes that are equally interesting.

TERROIR: The slopes of Tizzano composed of clay-granite arenas.

GRAPE VARIETY: 90% Vermentinu, 10% Genovese.

HARVEST: Fermentation in demi-muids.

AGING: 12 months in demi-muids on full lees.

COLOR: Lemon yellow with golden reflections.

TASTING: Imposing and fresh, with appetizing bitterness that will age beautifully. Generous and seductive, Myrtus will be appreciated at elegant and consensual dinners.
