Myrtus blanc expresses the purity of vermentinu, complemented by a bit of genovese, a beautiful burst of minerality, a floral imprint that perfumes the whole and this fine woodiness, well-suited with a finish on orgeat flavors. Myrtus blanc adopts a lovely lemon-yellow color with beautiful golden reflections. On the nose, there are notes of white flowers and light exotic fruits that perfectly complement each other. The full amplitude of these aromas will also be found in a beautiful length on the palate. Over time, Myrtus blanc will evolve into more petroleum-like notes, which are just as interesting.

TERROIR: The slopes of Tizzano composed of clay-granite arenas.

GRAPE VARIETY: 90% Vermentinu, 10% Genovese.

HARVEST: Fermentation in demi-muids.

AGING: 12 months in demi-muids on full lees.

COLOR: Lemon yellow color with golden reflections.

TASTING: Impressive and fresh, with appetizing bitterness that will age happily. Generous and seductive, Myrtus will be appreciated at elegant and consensual dinners.
