Technical Sheet written by the domaine:

TERROIR: Parcel selection on the granite sands of the Tizzano hills.

GRAPE VARIETIES: 80% Vermentinu, 10% Genovese, 10% Biancu Ghjentile.

HARVEST: Destemmed, sorted in the vineyard and in the cellar, fermentation in a large cask. Barrel aging with selection of the best demi-muids for extended aging.

AGING: 24 months in demi-muids on full lees.

COLOR: Golden yellow color.

TASTING: The palate is supported by noble bitterness and impresses with its persistence. Expansive and racy, Burghese white will be appreciated with refined dishes and a curious audience.
