Vintage : 2024

Grape variety : 97% Chardonnay with 3% Aligoté from century-old vines.

Region : Côte de Beaune, parcels located in the municipalities of Meursault (90%) and Pommard (10%).

Geology : old vines over 100 years old on a limestone soil.

Vinification : Whole bunches. 9 months in 456-liter barrels, 4 to 5 months in stainless steel tank. 90% New barrels, light toasting.

Tasting notes : Gunflint nose, reduction on the palate accompanied by mineral notes and green apple. Long aromatic persistence.

Food pairing : Smoked salmon, grilled shrimp, poultry in sauce.
