Vintage: 2022

Grape variety: 100% Pinot Noir

Region: Côte de Beaune, plots located in the municipality of Pommard, at the edge of Beaune. Very long rows (400m).

Geology: clay-limestone soil, dark due to red iron.

Vinification: Manual harvest, 100% whole-cluster fermentation. 12 months in barrel, 4 months in stainless steel tank. No fining or filtration.
30% New barrels.

Tasting notes: Ruby color, nose: wilted rose petals. Vegetal, spicy, and menthol palate. Silky, refreshing, and saline wine.

Food pairing: Grilled red meat, game birds, characterful cheeses like époisses.

Peak: 8 to 14 years
