Geology : clay-limestone soil.

Vinification : 90% whole bunch. Manual harvest. 12 months in barrel, 4 months in stainless steel tank. No fining or filtration. 40% new barrels

Tasting notes : Deep purple and dark red color. Beautiful finesse revealing black fruits and spice notes, a profound wine with vibrant energy. Excellent tonic freshness on the finish.
