Grape variety : 100% Pinot Noir
Region : Côte de Nuits, plot located in the municipality of Gevrey Chambertin, under the border of Chambertin and Chambertin Clos de Bèze.
Geology : brown limestone soil. East-facing.
Vinification : 50% whole bunches. Manual harvest. 16 months in barrel, 3 months in stainless steel tank. No fining or filtration. 50% new barrels
Tasting notes : Dark red color. Very intense nose: floral and accompanied by aromas of small red berries (cherries, blueberries), rich and velvety wine.
Peak : 8 to 20 years
