Geology : Clay-limestone soil, east (Ladoix Serrigny) and west (Pernand Vergelesses) orientation.

Vinification : Manual harvest. 12 months in barrel, 6 months in stainless steel tank.
40% New barrels

Tasting notes : Pale lemon yellow color, very expressive nose: beautiful mineral tension with an intensity of white-fleshed fruit aromas. Beautiful salinity and length on the palate.

Food pairing : Lobster casserole, pan-seared foie gras.
